Can I book LuxxEllas for just one trip?
Yes. Transportation can be reserved for an individual ride, multiple hours, or full-day chauffeur service.
Are you available 24/7?
Yes. LuxxEllas Elite Transports offers transportation services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What is your cancellation policy?
The client's current policy states that cancellations made at least 48 hours before service receive a full refund. Cancellations made 24–48 hours before service receive half of the refundable amount, while cancellations made less than 24 hours before service and no-shows are non-refundable. I'd have the client approve the final wording before publishing it.
Can businesses reserve transportation?
Absolutely. Corporate transportation is available for executives, employees, clients, business travelers, and other professional transportation needs.
Can I reserve a chauffeur for several stops?
Yes. Our hourly and full-day options are ideal when your itinerary includes multiple destinations.
Is a deposit required?
A 50% refundable deposit is required to secure a reservation.
